Bosch’s share price jumped five percent, reaching a fresh peak of ₹50,470.05 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The rally lifted the stock above its earlier record of ₹49,629.50, which had been set on 1 September 2026.

The surge unfolded in Tuesday’s intraday session, accelerating after Bosch announced it would weigh both a bonus issue and a share split.

From the start of April, the equity has risen seventy-six percent, climbing from ₹28,650.05 recorded on 30 March 2026. At 11:32 a.m., the price was quoted at ₹49,790, a four-percent gain that outpaced the BSE Sensex, which moved up one percent at the same moment.

Bosch Board to Consider Bonus and Stock Split

The board of directors will meet on 6 November 2026 to deliberate a proposal that could introduce a bonus issue and a share subdivision. The split plan calls for breaking each existing share, which carries a face value of ten rupees, into a larger number of lower-priced units.

The restructuring will be executed under the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI’s 2018 capital-issue regulations, satisfying statutory and listing norms.

In addition, the directors will review a request to issue bonus shares, adhering to the Companies Act 2013 and the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Rationale Behind Stock Split

Analysts from ICICI Securities project that Bosch’s revenue will rise fifty percent year-on-year for the July-September 2026 quarter, a surge driven by the integration of the RBIC acquisition and solid performance in the automotive segment.

The RBIC acquisition contributes a ₹1,250 crore boost for the quarter, enriching the product mix with higher-margin offerings.

The brokerage also anticipates that the earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margin will expand by 190 basis points compared with the previous year, although rising input costs are expected to offset part of the gain.
