The 25th edition of the Milano Fashion Global Summit is set to take place from September 21 to 22 at the Torre Velasca and on September 25 at the Castello Sforzesco. This year’s event, titled “Roads and roots – The new roads of business, style, and creativity,” will feature discussions on the latest trends and strategies in the fashion and luxury industries.

The summit will bring together prominent figures in the industry, including Gildo Zegna, president of Zegna Group, Brunello Cucinelli, president and creative director of Brunello Cucinelli, and Diego Della Valle, president and CEO of Tod’s.

Industry Leaders Gather to Discuss Strategies and Trends

The first day of the summit will focus on the strategies of industry leaders, with discussions on topics such as the importance of “intelligenza artigianale” (artisanal intelligence) in Italian fashion, the impact of artificial intelligence on the industry, and the growing influence of the US market on luxury goods.

The event will also feature the MF Value Chain Awards 2026, which recognize excellence in the Made in Italy supply chain. The awards ceremony will take place on the first day of the summit, with a jury composed of industry experts, including Fulvia Bacchi, director general of Unic-Concerie italiane, and Carlo Capasa, president of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion.

The second day of the summit will see discussions between leaders in the luxury business, finance, and innovation, with a focus on the forces shaping the industry’s economic structure and prospects. A Conversation on Innovation in Fashion Education and Culture

The summit will conclude with a special event on September 25 at the Castello Sforzesco, featuring a conversation on innovation in fashion education, culture, and brand identity with the Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology and Chen 1988. The event will include speakers such as Chen Long and Fu Zhichen, founders of Chen 1988, and Tu Yanping, chairwoman of the Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology.
